July update

Over the past few days, I've made significant progress on my 2D Metroidvania project, refining both the technical foundation and player experience.

One of the major areas I worked on was improving the feedback system using More Mountains’ Feedbacks. I implemented various audio and visual feedbacks to enhance immersion—such as effects when the player takes damage or interacts with the environment.

Bug fixing was also a big part of my time. Some scripts had references missing or objects not properly initialized, causing the game to crash under certain conditions. Tracking these bugs down and improving the way feedback systems and animations are triggered has made the game more stable and responsive.

While most of these improvements are under-the-hood, they pave the way for more advanced mechanics I plan to add soon. My next step will be refining enemy interactions and working on the save system. More updates coming soon—thanks for following the journey!
